Dr. Ian Low MSc FRCS(SN), obtained his medical degree from Queen's University, Belfast, did research at the Institute of Neurology, London and received his neurosurgical training in England and Wales. He spent a year in Vancouver, Canada completing a specialist fellowship in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery. His major interests are functional neurosurgery for movement disorders and the surgical management of brain tumours
